About Dayna

My name is Dayna. I have a passion for good food, quality ingredients & healthy living. Today’s lifestyle is busy. It’s not always easy to find the time to cook at-home, or pay attention to every label. I hope to help change that.

My philosophy is centred around simple, classic dishes. I have three basic principles for anyone looking to cook well:

  1. Seasonal ingredients
  2. Simple technique
  3. Good seasoning

With these, I believe that anyone can cook incredible meals without spending hours in the kitchen, eating boring “diet foods”, or worrying about counting calories.

These recipes are designed to teach you to learn food, so you can cook beautiful, healthy meals without having to worry about an exact recipe.

My style is simple, classic and contemporary. I’m inspired by different cultures, seasonal ingredients and love. Lots of love.
